USE AND CHARACTER:

The machine is widely used for cutting various nonmetal materials in such industries as leather, plastic, plastic packing, cloth, foam sheets, carpets, floors and etc. by forming cutter.

The mechanism of double oil cylinder, precise four-column guiding and automatic balancing double connection rod can make it reach the high-duty cutting force and guarantee the same cutting depth of each position.

Use PLC computer touch screen to control procedures, servo motor driver conveying system, insure feeding accurate range, with stable running speed.

 Be cut material feeding and discharging all in a conveyor belt, and realize a conveyor belt in directly material cutting action.

 The special setting mechanism makes the travel adjustment simple and accurate in conjunction with die cutter and cutting depth.

When the cutting board is pressed downwards to contact the cutter, it carried out automatic and slow cutting to make no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of the cut materials.

 The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine.
